Release Notes 1.3.0.15

Release Date: 16.09.2026

These release notes focus on the most important new features and improvements, independent of the development effort behind them and based on what they say. Continuous internal work on software architecture, performance and system stability happens as well, but is not listed explicitly.

GARAN label for manufacturer guarantees in Shopware

Feature
Shopware

In the transfer plan of the task "Shopware Products Upload", the "Common" tab in the "Product" area now offers two new target fields: "Guarantee Duration (Months)" and "Guarantee Confirmed". They fill the new GARAN label that Shopware can display in the storefront from version 6.7.14 onward.

The label is a voluntary declaration: a manufacturer can use it to state a guarantee that goes beyond the statutory minimum warranty of two years, applies free of charge and covers the entire good. From 27 September 2026, the EU mandates a uniform format for it. Where such a guarantee duration is stored as a property on the product, it can be assigned to both fields; "Guarantee Confirmed" is a good candidate for a script assignment.

Such a script is not set up by default and needs to be entered manually. In the image it compares the stored guarantee duration against the statutory threshold of 24 months and confirms the guarantee only once it is exceeded. This way the label does not already activate at the two-year warranty that applies by law anyway, but only for a guarantee that genuinely goes beyond it.

After the transfer, Shopware shows the label in the buy box of the product detail page,

and in the Shopware backend the transferred value can be checked on the product's "General" tab, in the "Guarantee (GARAN Label)" card.

Selection fields in mapping tables displayed too narrow

Bugfix

In a channel's mapping tables, in the "Assignments" area under tabs such as "Payment Methods" or "Properties" for instance, the selection fields in the "External" and "Internal" columns were displayed too narrow: the arrow for opening the list sat right next to the selected value instead of at the right edge of the column, leaving a large part of the column unused. The selection fields are now displayed across the full width of their column again.

Stocks as script variables on the restock time

Feature
Shopware

In the transfer plan of the task "Shopware Products Upload" the assignment "Delivery Time" offers the stocks as script variables, one per store. The assignment "Restock Time" was missing them. Both sit in the "Product" area on the "Common" tab, and the stocks are now available on the restock time as well, in the "Product Variant" area alike.

The restock time can therefore be made to depend on the stock. That pays off above all where more than one store is maintained: your own stock says little about the restock time, the stock of an external warehouse says a good deal. Where the goods sit there, your own store is refilled within a few days, otherwise the longer procurement time at the manufacturer applies.

Timeout when looking up existing products in Shopware

Bugfix
Shopware

The assignment "Existing Item" of the tasks "Shopware Products Upload" and "Shopware Stocks Upload" can have a script configured that looks up the respective product in the shop. In one isolated case, the shop's performance was at times no longer sufficient for this, so transfers aborted with the error messages The operation has timed out. The time windows allotted for this are now more generous.

Error when processing channel assignments concurrently

Bugfix

When several operations accessed the same tenant's channel assignments at the same time, for instance through a running task and a simultaneous request via the interface of a channel such as CAO Faktura, processing could occasionally abort with the error message Deadlock found when trying to get lock; try restarting transaction. The database indexing of channel assignments has been revised, so the issue should now largely be avoided.

Error display for a field assignment with no selectable source

Bugfix

Where a field assignment in the transfer plan no longer had a single matching source left, for instance because every property that qualified for it was deleted, the affected row in the transfer plan could break with the message "Error" instead of staying usable. Such assignments now show "No Source Available" instead.
